    "content": "THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 24(6), the thanks of this House be recorded for the exposition of public policy contained in the Address of H.E. the President delivered in Parliament on Tuesday, 30th November 2021 and further, that this House notes the following Reports submitted by H.E. the President, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 1st December 2021- (i) The 8th Annual Report on the Measures Taken and Progress Achieved in the Realisation of National Values and Principles of Governance, submitted in fulfilment of the provisions of Article 132(1) (c) of the Constitution; (ii) The 8th Annual Report on the Progress made in Fulfilling the International Obligations of the Republic of Kenya, submitted in fulfilment of the provisions of Article 132(1) (c) of the Constitution; (iii)The Annual Report to Parliament on the State of National Security submitted in fulfilment of the provisions of Article 240(7) of the Constitution; and, (iv) The Kenya Business Climate Reforms Milestones Report for the year 2020/2021."
