"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Much as I would be restrained not to interrupt the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister, this is a very serious issue. The hon. Prime Minister said that we need to consult widely. It is precisely because of consulting widely that we have got corruption staying the way it is in this country. The trust of this country was placed in the President and the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister. Could the two of you - and only the two of you - consult on this and show Kenyans the way forward? The more you consult widely, the more you deal with criminals who are, themselves, corrupt! You seek their guidance and counselling in this matter."
