    "content": "We do not have drugs in hospitals. We do not have basic equipment for use in a normal hospital. If that is stepped up, it will help this country. We are approaching the electioneering period. As much as we appreciate the handshake, it was not all inclusive. That is a common fact. If it was all inclusive, it would have cut across all stakeholders who needed to be in that handshake. The handshake was haphazardly done as much as it has brought a bit of improvement in terms of having peace as we approach the general election."
