He is a very good Member and a former colleague in the Budget and Appropriations Committee. Thank you for your guidance on what was on the Floor. I am sure you saw some of us walk in a few moments ago. That is why you gave us guidance. I am, therefore, seeking your guidance as to whether a Member is at liberty to correct a statement of fact in the Presidents’ Speech. As Members, we have an obligation to not only have statements of fact tabled in the House, but also to ensure that documents that have been tabled in the House reflect the actual truth. They should, indeed, be accurate. If you go through what has been tabled in the House and, indeed, the Speech that His Excellency the President read to Parliament yesterday…"
