    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I thank His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta for the great report he presented to Parliament yesterday. The Speech covered many development issues during the eight years he has been in leadership. There is a lot of development that took place like the COVID- 19 vaccines, healthcare facilities, helping citizens affected by drought and many others. He also emphasised the importance of peace and unity in our country. Lastly, there is a need for more security personnel in pastoralist communities. They experience frequent tribal conflicts in their counties. I support."
