    "content": "His Excellency the President kept on quoting the previous four administrations, including the one during the colonial times, but his administration is the one that has disobeyed most court orders. No administration in the Republic of Kenya has ever disobeyed court orders like the Jubilee Administration. It would be important for all those things to have been covered. Probably, the President came to Parliament late because the drafters of his Speech were still putting in the final details. It is 245 pages long. If they want to tell a story, the President and his handlers should have tried to shorten it. They should do so if he is going to give another Speech before he retires and goes home."
