Members, I must admit that we have many requests on the debate on the President’s Address, today being the First Allotted Day. Many Members wish to speak to it. We have Members from Lamu, Laisamis, Matayos, Mathioya, Rabai, Kikuyu and Kuria West constituencies who wish to speak to the President’s Speech. I wish to inform you that the debate on the same will continue during this afternoon’s sitting. So, it is important for you to be in the House if you wish to debate it."
