    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to comment on this Report. I want to thank the Committee for coming up with it. It has done an in-depth Report that needs to be analyzed in a very sober manner. I thank the Committee because it engaged the key stakeholders. It has not just given a report from the Committee itself. Key stakeholders like the National Treasury, the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAK) came on board with the Senate Committee. This is a Report that is engaging. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, concerning the observations of the Committee, it has come out rightly that there is projection for the amount of money that should be allocated"
