    "content": "I am particularly interested and I know that one day, this House of Parliament will do a conditional allocation to help mitigate the effects of HIV/AIDS scourge in the County Government of Homa Bay and all other counties with high prevalence rates. I will be glad one day to see my neighbouring County of Nyamira get a conditional allocation for construction of county government headquarters."
