    "content": " When the truth is said, people say it is dangerous. We must speak the truth. The truth is that the Chairperson of the Public Service Commission has consistently been appointed from the same community in the last four occasions. That is a fact. When facts are said, people say that they are dangerous. But they are not. They are truths and must be spoken to liberate this country from a deliberate ethnicisation of the Public Service. We must stop the ethnicisation of the Public Service by giving an opportunity to other people. This appointment flies in the face of Constitution. I rest my case."
