    "content": "Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support this amendment. The most attractive bit is the proposal to have an independent person chairing the Advisory Board, other than a public servant. That adds a lot of value to this Advisory Board and is the right move in terms of how to manage such an Advisory Board. There was also the issue of the agencies that will be reporting. It seems like we are infringing on their human rights issues. If they chair, that will be a good balance rather than having a civil servant chairing the Board. I support the amendment."
