    "content": " I want to concur with the Leader of the Majority Party, especially on the issue of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). Removing the DPP from this is disentangling this whole thing. That is so that the independence of the offices is respected and, therefore, a more powerful office does not interfere with a lesser powerful office. I also concur with him on the issue of percentages. It was open-ended, but he is now introducing a five per cent, which is a good thing."
