Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after clause 9: Amendment of section 49 of No. 9 of 2009 9A. The principal Act is amended in section 45(6) by deleting the word “Minister” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Cabinet Secretary”. It is for the same reason of changing the nomenclature from ‘minister’ to ‘Cabinet Secretary’."
