Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clauses immediately after clause 14: Amendment of section 113 of No. 9 of 2009 14A. The principal Act is amended in section 113 by deleting the word “Minister” and substituting therefor the word “Cabinet Secretary”. Amendment of section 121 of No.9 of 2009 14B. The principal Act is amended in section 121 by deleting the word “Minister” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Cabinet Secretary”. The justification for this, again, is to align the nomenclature by changing from ‘Minister’ to ‘Cabinet Secretary’"
