    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have quickly looked at this affidavit. Hon. Members will recall that I referred to a supposed conversation between one Mary Chege, one Mr. Majiwa and one Mr. Osiemo, where Mr. Osiemo was introduced to Madam Mary Chege as a business associate of hon. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government, and that he would take care of his interest. That report also has gone further to say that Mr. Osiemo has gone underground and that he could not be reached to be interviewed. But this will give a lot of light in view of the serious allegations which have been made. If Mr. Osiemo is available and can swear an affidavit, he can be reached and interviewed by the KACC. That will then be able to throw a lot of light on this particular issue."
