The provisions of the Insurance Act shall apply to the Fund only Cap 487. in respect to risk spreading and claims administration services. Application of 45B. The provisions of the Retirement Benefits Act shall apply to No. 3 of 1997. Fund only with respect to post-retirement medical contributions."
