    "content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. I am not in the Senate Business Committee (SBC) either and I want to assure the Chairperson that I am not the one who put it there. If the Chairperson has some amendments that will enhance the Bill, I am okay with it being stood down. However, I am also concerned that this Bill has taken too long from October, 2018 up to now. I would really beseech the Chair to fast-track it so that it is on the next business of the House."
