For the record, public participation on Bills is not an option that a Committee or anybody has when it comes to preparation of Bills. I actually wonder how then a Bill that has received public participation has not been considered to be listed for Debate or Third Reading. Madam Deputy Speaker, you said we bring issues related to Bills listed here, but mine is not listed here. I want the Chair of the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights to hear this because it has something to do with his Committee."
