Deputy Speaker, I know we would have problems with the provisions of this Bill in whichever way. The best thing for us to do is to converse. Talk to us, Hon. Murugara, and tell us what you feel needs to be changed. You can then propose amendments. Many Members, namely, 13 of them, have proposed amendments, and we are going to deal with them. We will consider amendments that merit consideration, but we shall not deal with amendments that do not merit. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
