    "content": "That definition does not exist in our law today. We just came up with a convoluted Act. The Constitution states that it is an association contemplated in Part 3 of Chapter Seven. In our law, we said that it is an association as defined in Article 260. The two have never defined a political party. So, for once, we are going to have the definition of a political party.
