    "content": "this Bill with sobriety so that we can have a Bill that is going to help this country and a Bill for posterity. For those who were there in the last Parliament, it is normal for amendments to the Elections Act and the Political Parties Act to come to the House at the tail end of Parliament. It is a normal thing. Hon. Pukose was there. I remember in the last Parliament, from the first election to the second election, there were amendments on whether elections should be conducted electronically or not. With those few remarks, I urge that let us not belabour the matter. This is a very clear Bill. This is a Bill that is going to make our politics better. If you have numbers, do not shout outside there that you have numbers. Bring the numbers here now. They are required in the House. We are going to win this one hands down."
