We have a political parties Act that is able to deal with the issues of elections and nominations going forward. If, for example, they want to cure bad habits like those of ODM denying other parties their money, it cannot be done by the law. It can only be cured through good behaviour. Therefore, we want to tell them that we can deposit a memorandum of how you share the money and honour the memorandum because many of you have never known how to honour memorandums or gentlemen and ladies agreement."
