Duale was raising that issue, and I am well guided on what you are saying in terms of the Order Paper and the Communication you are to give, is because we are in a House of records. When a Paper is laid, it becomes a record of the House and we will stand guided by your Communication. It is also worth noting that I got a communication from some Members of the Committee that there is also a minority report and I want to beg you to allow them to table, so that it also becomes the record of the House. Thank you."
