    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to oppose this Motion for one simple reason. This is a very serious process, and some people have already suggested â we read it in the papers today â that they are going to mutilate this document in Naivasha. Some of us know exactly what happened in Naivasha last time when the PSC was meeting there and we do not want to be part of that process. This document is acceptable to the people of this country. We do not want to go there and bond for the purposes of wasting public money. We should bond here, and we have been bonding here! Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to oppose. Thank you very much, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker."
