These are basically speaking to the same matter but the one by Hon. Osoro is proposing a deletion. Therefore, if the one by Hon. Duale goes through, the ones by Hon. Didmus Barasa and Hon. John Mutunga will fall. So, we shall start with the one by Hon. Aden Duale."
