    "content": " Hon. Members, Hon. Duale rose on a point of order on the procedure of voting here. I just want to respond to him and allay his fears. Hon. Members, you will recall that the substantive Speaker made a determination that voting on this particular business during this Special Sitting would be by the manner that was adopted by this House. I have no authority to change that position. We will continue with the voting the way it was done last week when the determination was made, and in the way you have voted since then. Hon. Members, we know each other, and this is our business. Therefore, we will proceed in the same manner. Allow me to now put the Question."
