    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise under Standing Order Nos. 73, 74 and 76. We have been voting at the Committee of the whole House, yet we do not have the voting register. We do not know who is here and who is not. I am requesting you that before we do any voting, we should have a head count. We will also use the logging in to know the numbers that we have in the House and how many have voted so that we do not have any rigging within the House. Otherwise, we will be putting into jeopardy, the general elections if there would be any rigging in the House. The House must have fair, free and transparent elections. We cannot vote when we do not have a voting register. We have to know how many of us are here so that we know who has voted. We cannot have 286 Members in this House. It is not even enough for all of us. This is a right; it is not a favour. The voting register must be availed before any further voting."
