    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Much as I agree with Hon. Sankok that we need transparency in any electoral process, it would also be in order so that we avoid any doubts around these elections because it takes a lot of time, to whip Members to be here. I am rising on two things: First, we have our clerks, and there is some voting that has already taken place. The clerks can audit those lists to find out if there are Members who have voted more than once, because that would not pass the test of a fair electoral process. Finally, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, even though this is the Committee of the whole House, this is still the House Chamber. I earlier rose but I did not catch your eye. It is important that we maintain the dressing code. Hon. Catherine Waruguru, who has not arrived here, is dressed like someone who is coming from her shamba . She is dressed in jeans and sneakers. Let us not lower the dignity of this House. If that Hon. Member comes back here dressed in the same manner, she should be ordered to go and dress appropriately. I thank you."
