Alice Wahome because the problem with this amendment is that there are unfettered powers given to the Registrar of Political Parties in deciding whether to allow registration or decline the registration of a political party, if among other things, the slogan of that political party, in the opinion of the registrar, is a matter of public interest. On Temporary Deputy Chairman, where we have a problem and the Committee should have helped if we had consensus that we should have defined the meaning of public interest."
