When the Division Bell rings and the door is closed and the Bar is drawn, there must never be a Member getting in after that. That must be very clear to the Serjeant-at-Arms and everyone else. Doing that will be gross misconduct. I order that the door be opened. Ring the Bell for two minutes and then we can start."
