Members, we are guided by the rules about timings on the hours of meeting of the House. With regard to the point raised by Hon. Sankok, we are in the middle of a Division. Whether it is at the beginning, at the end or in the middle, we are in the process of a Division. We shall be guided by Standing Order No.30(5). This is what it says: “If at the time appointed for the interruption of business, a Division is in progress or a Question is being put from the Chair and a Division results immediately thereon, such interruption shall be deferred, until after the declaration of the numbers and the results of the Division”. In light of this, I wish to guide Members that we have started the Division process. I urge you to concentrate on the voting because we are in the process of a Division, so that we can finish and go home. We will conclude after I deliver the results of the Division.
