    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, as I vote, I have been in this House since morning. I cut short my leave to come to vote for this important Bill. Only to say that today, as it has been said by many others, is a sad day for none of us has behaved the way we are supposed to behave as Members of Parliament. Somebody may make noise but that cannot intimidate me. I have been in such a forum before and making noise does not prevent me from addressing you. We have really polarized this country and the common man in the village is running from us. Have we shown the best example to the people whom we represent when we come to fight on the Floor of the House? I am calling upon the leaders of this country to show us the way forward. It is only a few months to the elections. If we go on with this trend, sincerely, the whole country is going to regret at the end of the day. Even though nobody wants to listen to me, I stand alone to be quoted at the end of the day that something went wrong at a particular day. We need to be directed by the leaders ahead of us. Why are we heading Kenya to?"
