    "content": "The proposal in Clause 14 is that if a member of a deregistered political party holding an elective office established by the constitution at a time of the political party’s deregistration, shall continue to hold office for the remainder of the elective term as a member of another political party or independent of any political party. That leaves the question on what happens to the nominated Member of Parliament. What we seek in this amendment is to include the words, “nominated Member of Parliament” to give them a lee way. Most of the Members who are going to oppose are going to be nominated. It is very important for us to realise that."
