    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for State for Defence regarding the security situation on the Kenya/Sudan border. Over the last few weeks, we have lost a number of members of the disciplined forces, including Kenya Army personnel under circumstances we do not understand, given that we have one of the best-trained armies in the region. Therefore, I ask the Minister to issue a Ministerial Statement on the security situation on the Kenya/Sudan border and, indeed, on the entire northern border of Kenya."
