Therefore, we will have the first go at this by Hon. Silvanus Osoro. If this succeeds, the other proposals by the Leader of the Majority Party, Hon. Alice Wahome, the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, Hon. Aden Duale and Hon. Didmus Barasa will fall automatically. If we delete, then there will be nothing to amend. Let us have Hon. Silvanus Osoro."
