Members, allow me to propose that Clause 15 as amended be part of the Bill. Just hold on Members before we go to the global Question. Hon. Duale, your proposal to amend paragraph (c) cannot stand, in light of the amendment by the Leader of the Majority Party because he has amended what you were proposing to insert in your amendment. Give him an opportunity."
