    "content": "THAT, Clause 20 (c) of the Bill be amended in the proposed new paragraph (fe) by inserting the words “upon the request and financing by the political party” immediately after the word “agent”. One of the functions of the Registrar of Political Parties will be to train the agents of political parties. This will only happen at the request of the political party and then financing. It will not be mandatory for him or her to train all agents to avoid disputes coming in that they were trained wrongly. If the political parties request for training and then they finance it, then it will be okay."
