"content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I agree with Hon. Onyonka that as proposed by Hon. Bunyasi, this is a good amendment. The Registrar is going to make regulations at the relevant section. Those regulations are called statutory instruments. They will go before the Delegated Legislation Committee, where they must be approved. Once they are approved, that is the end of it. The proposal by Hon. Bunyasi is that even if the Committee is going to approve the regulations, they will have to come to the House so that Parliament can approve them. We are trying to give ourselves solely more power so that we do the right thing. That is a good amendment."
