In the last one of (c), I intend to have 4(a), which says that a political party that intends to conduct political party nominations using its official register under sub-section 2(b) shall submit a copy of its official register to the Registrar, at least, 14 days before the date of the nominations. This is simply to mean that if maybe UDA or ODM intends to do nominations, let us say by 9th of May, they can submit their register 14 days to the nomination date. Hon.
