Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I would like to withdraw this amendment for the reason that it should have been preceded by earlier amendments I brought proposing that we upgrade the Office of the Registrar from being an individual desk and two assistants who appear as desk officers at the Attorney General’s Office. I wanted us to replace that with a board because the matters that are being handled by the Registrar of Political Parties today are enough to be handled by an entire commission. Since my earlier amendments were not approved by the Speaker for consideration on the Floor, Section B makes no sense. For that reason, I wish to withdraw this amendment. Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
