    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, for the very first time, I want to associate myself with the sentiments made by the Leader of the Majority Party. This is a very good positive afterthought because this particular clause provides that the Registrar prescribes the manner of conducting political party nominations. That is more or less like duplication of roles of two offices or Government entities. This clause proposes to transfer a mandate of the IEBC to the Registrar of Political Parties. Therefore, I support the Leader of the Majority Party on this one. I ask that our side of the political divide supports the proposal to have the Clause deleted in its entirety."
