    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on the issue of seeds, and I know the Minister is aware, there was a total crop failure in Kibwezi Constituency and the lower part of Makueni. If we do not provide our farmers with free seeds, the Government is going to spend a lot of money to feed them. This is the only opportunity we have to provide them with seeds because the rains are plenty. So, could the Minister assure the people of Kibwezi that this time round, they will get seeds so that they can feed themselves? The rains are very promising!"
