    "content": "One of the issues that keep on disrupting development in Africa countries is election. Whenever there is an election, people get worried and investments are withheld. Business people reduce stocks because they are not sure of what happens. That makes the issue of the Election Bill very critical. This issue requires proper leadership. I had an opportunity to be one of the election observers in Ghana. If it were not for the leadership of that country, there would have been a problem because there was only a difference of 23,000 between the two presidential candidates. But the country was still calm. We need that kind of leadership. It was because the leadership was focused and that was why they were able to conduct a peaceful election."
