If today we want to do a coalition, there is a law that guides on how we shall do so. What this Bill is trying to do is to make it better. Let us not lie to people that you cannot make a coalition as it is today. There was NASA and CORD. There will be another coalition and many more to come. This is an amendment that we are going to oppose."
