Yet, in other parts of the country, like Lake Baringo Basin which has a potential of 200 megawatts potential, they have only spent Kshs120 million. What is the rational of spending Kshs5 billion in one part of the country and neglecting other areas with similar or high potential and yet, this is supposed to be a national initiative?"
