    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I seek my second Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Special Programmes with regard to the drought and starvation facing the Pokot from Kacheliba who crossed the Kenyan border to Uganda in search of pasture and water. Those Pokot were consequently disarmed by the Ugandan army and dispossessed of their cattle. In his Statement, I would like the Minister to tell this House:- (a) How many head of cattle were taken? (b) How many people have died out of starvation? (c) What arrangements does the Government have to mitigate their suffering, especially in the provision of food and medicine?"
