    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is important also to realize that of late, we have been investing a lot on the infrastructure. I want to congratulate the President on issues of infrastructure. A lot of things have been done on the issue of roads and yes we are proud that things are working well. I want to thank the President for announcing that we will have a free port in Mombasa. I believe there are efforts also to make the Mombasa Port efficient, so that we can generate money for the economy. I also believe that it is a high time we should create a level playing field in the Port of Mombasa. We should discourage the effort of monopolising services and goods in the Port. It is important that we allow the private sector to flourish. The Government should regulate and give every one equal chance to compete like the other. No sacred cows and no sacred businessmen will be allowed to just enrich themselves and not uplift the economy of this country."
