    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. This matter of banditry is a big problem for us who come from those regions. While I sympathise with my colleague and neighbour, the Member for Samburu North, I want to state that I am personally opposed to the idea of arming communities to fight each other. Those of us who have lived with guns and in communities with people having illegal firearms know that there is nothing worse than a gun. The gun as we all know, is an instrument of instant death.
