Member for bringing the question of cotton here, and since we in the Ministry of Agriculture support cotton farming, we have gone out of our way to assure the farmers of a minimum price of Kshs30 per kilogramme of cotton. But it is not the responsibility of the Ministry to mop up cotton in the industry; it is the responsibility of the millers."
