    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. We have a Government that is concerned about the welfare of Kenyans. In fact, the Assistant Minister has stoop up in this House, in full glare of all the cameras in this country, and said that he is sympathizing with farmers. Should a Government sympathize with farmers or should it offer solutions that bedevil the farmers of this country who work day and night to make sure that we have food?"
